My name is Catherine Cunningham, founder of Powder Mill Grain and Baking Company, in Cary, North Carolina. Powder Mill is a 100% whole grain flour company providing whole grain flours and lower sugar & sodium whole grain baking mixes. The company was established in June, 2009, derived from my home "test kitchen" as a way to reach more than just the local community with more healthful, wholesome, all natural whole grain flours, baking mixes and baked goods.

Company Mission and Values- First and foremost, to glorify my God & Lord Jesus Christ with each decision and product the company puts forth. In that, we strive to provide our customers with a well researched product that not only tastes extraordinary, but is also affordable, and a more healthful product that you, your family and friends can enjoy time and time again!
