Ground Flax seed or Ground Chia Seed egg replacement option to your recipe:
To replace the egg: mix 1 tablespoon of your ground flax or Chia with 1/8 cup of water and let sit for 5 minutes or so minutes until you start to see a gel form. Add to your recipe as you would the egg.
per 2 tablespoons, flax & Chia alike, will add 3g protein and 4g fiber to your recipe!
