All of our flours can be substitiuted to any recipe you are working with in a 1:1 ratio. No conversions necessary! Now that is smart baking!
Whole Grain All-Use Flour
This 100% whole grain flour is higher in solulable and insolulable fibers thanks to the addition of heart healthy oat flour!
Add the oat advantage to that of whole hard red spring wheat and whole hard white spring wheat and you have a beautifully tasting, higher fiber, heart healthy, flour to replace your old enriched all-purpose flour!
